The best way to find out if BMX is right for you is to come out & try it!  We always offer a free one day membership to try the track.  Along with your bike and full faced helmet you will need a long sleeved shirt, long pants, and sneakers.  If you are under 18 you will also need a parent. 

We ask that you come out on a Tuesday during our Beginners’ Session (5:30-6:30). Coaches Amy and Justin are out on the track and will give a beginner the attention they need.  If Tuesdays at 5:30 don’t work for you, free trials are available on any practice or race night. We will do our best to assist you. 

No special bike or equipment is needed to try out the track,  just bring the bike you are comfortable riding (no kick stands, reflectors, or trick pegs please. Bikes must have brakes.).  Thanks to our sponsors GT Bicycles, Bicycle Depot, and MidHudson Regional Hospital, we have loaner bikes and loaner helmets available for new riders to borrow if they need to.
